Within your school you will have students with learning difficulties, chronic health problems, mental health challenges, vision impairments, hearing impairments and physical or intellectual disabilities. Many of these students will be in mainstream classes. Our aim is to work with you to assist in their transition to post-school education or employment. We have resources focused on career development, transition and support within education and employment once they leave school.
